Pilates strengthens the trunk, protects the back and improves posture. The technique feels rewarding: it draws in the waist; opens the chest; develops back strength and flexibility – rehabilitating and preventing back issues and is recommended to almost everyone by Physios, Chiropractors and GPs.

Kerry will treat you in a holistic and individual way, aiming to strengthen weaker areas of the body to assist optimum fitness.
