Fitness Classes


We hold weekly Pilates and Yoga classes on a Wednesday Evening. Not only are these classes a great way to keep in shape but they also offer a break from rehearsals and practise without the hassle of getting to a gym or any hefty membership fees! Pilates and Yoga can help with relaxation techniques, to get rid of excess tension and aid flexibility which can transform an individual’s performance.


All classes are £3 per session or £20 for the whole term, so what better excuse do you need!?
